Join us for a conversation with Brent Benner, former Director of Enrollment at the University of Tampa, and Emily Pacheco from edhub.ai as they discuss the practical realities of AI in college admissions. With over 20 years in enrollment management, Brent led the early adoption of AI at Tampa, including the implementation of a thoughtfully designed admissions chatbot.
This session will highlight the impact of an AI recruiter on student engagement across the graduating classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027. Equal numbers of students were randomly selected to receive or not receive outreach from the AI, and Brent will walk us through what happened next. The discussion will offer insights into student behavior, lessons from implementation, and what to consider when bringing AI into your admissions strategy.
