FAFSA - Inbox over my head

It’s spring so once again your inbox is overflowing with emails from students and their families about the FAFSA. Many of the questions are nearly identical, but each message still takes time to answer thoughtfully. The repetition is eating into hours you’d normally spend on other work, and you’re starting to worry about giving inconsistent answers. How do you tackle this level of email while still making students feel supported?
